This form is intended to be used by clients of Adarga Entertainment Group LLC.  

Adarga Entertainment Group LLC (“Adarga”) does not accept unsolicited information or material including, without limitation, audio recordings, musical compositions, musical ideas, or any other material or information.

As a matter of strict policy, Adarga employees, agents, representatives, officers and directors are not permitted to accept or consider unsolicited submissions. Adarga policy is to delete or discard any such submissions without listening, reading, forwarding, or responding to them. Therefore, any similarity between an unsolicited submission and any element in any Adarga’s, or client of Adarga’s, creative work is purely coincidental. 

Based on this policy, Adarga will not, and has no obligation to, treat any unsolicited submission as confidential or proprietary, and will incur no liability in the event that an unsolicited submission is inadvertently opened, read or responded to by an Adarga employee or agent. Any unsolicited submission shall become the property of Adarga, in the absence of prior written agreement between Adarga and the submitting person or entity, and may be exploited in any way at Adarga’s sole discretion. In such event, the submitting person or entity agrees that they are not entitled to any compensation, credit or notice whatsoever, and that by sending an unsolicited submission, they waive the right to make any claim against Adarga or its clients for any similarity between any unsolicited material and future work product by Adarga or its clients.
